Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using SkinScope.gg ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service. The Service is operated by MaryBee s.r.o., IČO 51255871, Slovak Republic.
2. Beta disclaimer
SkinScope is currently in public beta. All data, pricing recommendations and profit projections are provided for informational purposes only. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR PROFITABILITY. You trade skins at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to subscribe to a paid plan. Free tier is open to anyone who can lawfully own CS2 items.
4. Your account
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive behaviour toward marketplaces or our infrastructure.
5. Subscriptions + payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR by Stripe. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the current period ends. No refunds for partial periods except as required by EU consumer law.
6. Affiliate links
Several links on SkinScope point to third-party marketplaces (Skinport, CSFloat, Waxpeer, DMarket, Buff163). Some of these are affiliate links and earn us a commission when you complete a purchase. This never costs you anything extra and does not influence our pricing recommendations. See Imprint for the legal entity receiving commissions.
7. Prohibited use
- Scraping, republishing or reselling our data without written permission.
- Using SkinScope to facilitate fraud, phishing, or other illegal activity.
- Abuse of any marketplace via our recommendations.
- Circumventing plan limits or sharing paid accounts.
8. Intellectual property
The Service (code, brand, design, database schema) is property of MaryBee s.r.o. You may not copy it without permission. Skin images, names and game assets remain the property of Valve Corporation.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinScope is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period (or EUR 50, whichever is greater). We are not liable for lost profit, lost inventory, marketplace bans, or other indirect damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You can delete your account yourself in Settings or by emailingsupport@skinscope.games.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Slovakia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced 14 days in advance.
